Each ring can be adjusted through its stone shape, setting height, band width, accent stones, engraving, profile, and wedding-band fit. Before production begins, you will receive detailed CAD renderings so you can review the design from multiple angles.
There is no set price for a custom engagement ring because the cost depends on the design, metal, stones, dimensions, and complexity. Simple custom rings in silver with a lab-created stone can start around $500. Gold and platinum rings vary more because the amount of metal required depends on the size and design of the ring. If you have a budget in mind, let us know and we can help determine what is realistic.
We use computer-aided design (CAD) to create your custom engagement ring before it goes into production. You will be able to review and approve the design before the ring is cast. This gives us an opportunity to make adjustments to the proportions, stone placement, and other details before production begins.
We require a 50% deposit before beginning the CAD design process. Once the design is created, you will be able to review it and request reasonable changes before approving it for production. Occasionally we need to create a rough preliminary design in order to determine pricing. If that is necessary, we may be able to show you that concept before the deposit is paid.
es. We warranty our custom jewelry against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. If something is not as it should be because of a defect in workmanship, we will make it right.
We also provide a six-month warranty on stones under 3 mm that are lost during normal wear. Damage or stone loss caused by impact, abuse, or other outside forces is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We purchase diamonds through established suppliers operating within the legitimate diamond trade. The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme is an international system designed to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate trade in rough diamonds.
Changes can generally be made during the CAD design stage before casting begins. Once the design has been approved and the casting process has started, additional charges may apply because the ring may need to be redesigned, recreated, or recast.
To get started, send us a drawing, photo, existing ring, or a clear description of what you want. The more information you can provide about the design, stones, metal, ring size, and budget, the better.
Once we agree on the design and price, we require a 50% deposit to begin the custom design process. The remaining balance is due when the ring is completed. We use PayPal invoicing, and you can pay the invoice with a credit or debit card without having a PayPal account.
One important correction from my earlier Solitaire rewrite: use $500 here, not $375. I checked the live Vintage page, and your stated starting price there is $500.

I'll keep it brief, but Lucas did astounding work on a custom crucifix pendant for me. He started with a CAD file I found online and then custom modified and scaled it to my liking. Not only was he able to work with me on the design I wanted, but he also was able to get the pendant cast in a metal that I had a hard time finding in any design, let alone this particular one (palladium). He was then able to provide me with great chain options, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result - hats off!

Lucas emailed back and forth with me for over a year before I finally decided to have him make my fiancé’s ring. He worked with me to make sure I got everything I wanted, even though I changed it a thousand times. He was always willing to let me make new changes to it, up to the very end!
