We use computer-aided design (CAD) to create your signet ring before it goes into production. You will be able to review and approve the design before the ring is cast. Depending on the design, the finished ring may also include engraving, enamel, gemstones, contrasting finishes, or other details added after casting.
We require a 50% deposit before beginning the CAD design process. Once the design is created, you will be able to review it and request reasonable changes before approving it for production. Occasionally we need to create a rough preliminary design in order to determine pricing. If that is necessary, we may be able to show you that concept before the deposit is paid.
Yes. We warranty our custom jewelry against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. If there is a problem caused by a defect in workmanship, we will make it right. We also provide a six-month warranty on stones under 3 mm that are lost during normal wear. Damage or stone loss caused by impact, abuse, or other outside forces is not considered a manufacturing defect.
