This French Pave Diamond Wedding Ring really sparkles in real life. It was a size 3.75 (!) and had 5 rows of 1mm stones totaling 230. It was a little over 6mm wide. And the widths and stone sizes can be played with to achieve the look you are going for. We can also make this with a shared prong setting, which you can click the link below to see. This ring had Moissanite in it, but a few types of stones could be used, depending on the size.
