Yes, there is no character limit on our custom name pieces. We have made necklaces with 12-letter names, hyphenated names, and even short phrases. Longer names are accommodated by adjusting the scale of the pendant, the font weight, or the orientation (vertical vs. horizontal). We show you the design in a 3D rendering before any gold is poured, so you will approve the proportions before production begins.
Our standard turnaround is 3–5 weeks from deposit to delivery. This includes design, CAD rendering, your review and approval, casting, finishing, and shipping. Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders ship fully insured with tracking. We recommend allowing 8–10 weeks for international orders to account for customs clearance times. For high-value international shipments, we use a specialized insured jewelry carrier.
