Choose The Metal, Size And Finish

Size matters just as much as metal.

A small pendant intended for everyday wear requires different proportions than a two- or three-inch statement piece. Details that work beautifully on a large pendant sometimes need to be simplified or redesigned when the piece is made smaller.

We take those limitations into account during the design process so the finished pendant looks like jewelry—not simply a picture that has been shrunk down.

Different finishes and metal colors can also be combined to create contrast and make specific elements of the design stand out.

Your Pendant Should Fit Your Chain

The chain is easy to overlook when designing a pendant, but the bail needs to accommodate it.

If you already have a chain you intend to use, tell us what type it is and provide its dimensions if possible. A bail intended for a small cable chain may not fit over a larger rope or Cuban chain.

We can design the bail around your existing chain or help determine an appropriate chain size for the finished pendant.
