But before that we have to discuss what you want. Once we have the idea nailed down and a deposit had been paid, we will begin designing the piece. When we have a first draft of your Custom Necklace Pendant, we will send you renderings. You will then have an opportunity to make any changes you want. You can make as many as is necessary without charge, as long as the changes are not for some new idea. Or you aren’t adding stones, making it smaller, or something that incurs a cost.
