FAQ's

There is no set price for a custom engagement ring because the cost depends on the design, metal, stones, dimensions, and complexity of the ring. Simple custom designs in silver can start around $375, while gold and platinum rings vary more depending on the amount of metal required and the details of the design. If you have a budget in mind, let us know and we can help determine what is realistic.
We use computer-aided design (CAD) to create your ring before it goes into production. You will be able to review the design and approve it before the ring is cast. This allows us to make adjustments to the proportions and details before the finished ring is produced.
We require a 50% deposit before beginning the CAD design process. Once the design is created, you will be able to review it and request reasonable changes before approving it for production. Occasionally we need to create a rough preliminary design in order to determine the price; if so, we may be able to show you that concept before the deposit is paid.
Yes. We warranty our custom jewelry against manufacturing defects. If something is not as it should be because of a defect in workmanship, we will make it right. We also provide a six-month warranty on accent stones under 3mm that are lost during normal wear. Damage caused by impact, abuse, improper wear, or other outside forces is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We purchase our diamonds through established suppliers operating within the legitimate diamond trade. The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme regulates the international trade in rough diamonds and is designed to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate supply chain.producing countries "unites governments, industry, and civil society to eradicate the global trade of conflict diamonds. By enforcing rigorous certification protocols and compliance assessments, the KP ensures that all participating countries maintain high standards that keep conflict diamonds out of the international market."
Changes can generally be made during the CAD design stage before the ring has entered production. Once the design has been approved and casting has begun, additional charges may apply because the ring may need to be redesigned, recreated, or recast.
To get started, send us a drawing, photo, existing ring, or a clear description of what you want. The more information you can provide about the design, stones, metal, ring size, and budget, the better. Once we agree on the design direction and price, we require a 50% deposit to begin the CAD design process. The remaining balance is due when the ring is completed.
