A custom pendant can be almost anything you want it to be. A name, initials, logo, photograph, symbol, animal, memorial, business design, or an idea that exists only in your head can become a piece of jewelry made specifically for you.

At Valeria Custom Jewelry, we create custom pendants in silver, gold, platinum, diamonds, gemstones, and other materials appropriate for the design. You do not need a professional jewelry drawing to get started. Send us a picture, sketch, logo, photograph, or a clear description of what you want, and we can develop the design from there.

FAQ's

There is no set price for a custom pendant because the cost depends on the size, metal, weight, stones, and complexity of the design. As a general guideline, a relatively simple custom pendant in silver measuring up to approximately one inch wide or tall can start around $375. Gold and platinum prices depend more heavily on the amount and weight of precious metal required for the design. If you have a particular budget, let us know and we can help determine what is realistic for it.
We use computer-aided design (CAD) to create your pendant before it goes into production. This allows us to work out the dimensions, proportions, stone placement, bail, and other details before the piece is cast. You will receive a CAD preview and approve the design before casting begins.
Detailed CAD design begins after the 50% deposit is paid. You will receive a design preview and an opportunity to request reasonable revisions within the agreed design scope before casting begins.
Yes. We warranty our custom jewelry against manufacturing defects. Accent stones under 3 mm are also covered against loss for six months under normal wear. Damage caused by impact, improper wear, unauthorized repairs, or other outside forces is not covered. If you experience a problem, contact us with photographs so we can inspect the piece and explain the available repair options.
We purchase our diamonds through established suppliers operating within the legitimate diamond trade. The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme is an international system designed to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate trade in rough diamonds.
Not necessarily, which is why we ask about the chain before finalizing the pendant. The bail needs to be large enough for both the size and style of the chain. A bail designed for a small flat chain, for example, may not accommodate a larger rope or other substantial chain. If you already own the chain you plan to use, send us its style and dimensions. We can design the bail specifically to fit it.
Reasonable changes can be made during the CAD design stage before casting begins. Once you have approved the design and casting has started, additional charges may apply because making a change could require redesigning the piece, producing a new model, and recasting the pendant.

I'll keep it brief, but Lucas did astounding work on a custom crucifix pendant for me. He started with a CAD file I found online and then custom modified and scaled it to my liking. Not only was he able to work with me on the design I wanted, but he also was able to get the pendant cast in a metal that I had a hard time finding in any design, let alone this particular one (palladium). Lucas emailed back and forth with me for over a year before I finally decided to have him make my fiancé’s ring. He worked with me to make sure I got everything I wanted, even though I changed it a thousand times. He was always willing to let me make new changes to it, up to the very end!
