So, we took a emerald center stone and surrounded it with 1.8mm accents in the halo, but we moved the halo underneath the center stone rather than have it flush. However, the stone shape and size can be played with to meet your needs.

CENTER STONE: Almost any size, type, or cut of stone can be used as long as it is 4mm or larger.
ACCENTS: Anything cut from 1.3 to 2.5mm could be used.
METAL OPTIONS: Sterling Silver, Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, White Gold, Palladium, and Platinum.
SIZES: 3-16
